01

Service scope

Bunyan Engineering Business System is a digital service that helps companies organize projects, teams, tasks, site reports, reviews, approvals, and documents related to contracts, invoices, and payments.

The system supports work entered by a company. It does not replace the project contract, client acceptance, or professional and regulatory requirements that apply to your work.

02

Accounts and permissions

Use an account assigned to you, keep your password and invitation codes confidential, and provide accurate information when registering or accepting an invitation. You are responsible for activity through your account until you notify your company manager or Bunyan support about suspected unauthorized use.

Your permissions depend on your company membership, assigned role, and project scope. Do not try to bypass permissions or access another company’s workspace. An authorized company manager may add company members and change their roles within the manager’s permissions.

03

Responsible use

Use the system for lawful and authorized work. Do not disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or access accounts, data, or attachments without authorization.

Do not upload content you have no right to use or share. Avoid placing personal or confidential information in reports or files beyond what the work requires. Use available safeguards and follow your company policies.

04

Company and project content

Data and files uploaded by a company remain the property of that company or the relevant rights holders. The operator receives limited permission to host, process, and display them as necessary to provide, secure, and support the system.

The company is responsible for the accuracy of information it enters, identifying authorized users, and reviewing issued copies of its documents before sharing or relying on them. The Privacy Policy describes personal information processing.

05

Reports, approvals, and records

Where supported by the features in use, the system records user identity, actions, and review or approval states. Each user is responsible for reviewing content before submission. A person with approval authority is responsible for their decision under the company’s procedures.

A report or approval recorded in the system does not change the project contract or by itself establish client acceptance unless that acceptance is expressly recorded by an appropriately authorized person.

06

Availability and security

We make reasonable efforts to keep the system available and protect accounts and data, but maintenance, outages, or technical errors may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a service without every defect.

Your company should keep copies of important documents and records under its own procedures. A successful save screen or displayed file is not a substitute for an independent backup and recovery plan managed by the company or its provider.

07

Suspension or ending access

An authorized company manager may disable a member or change their role. We may restrict access when there is suspected misuse, a security risk, or an applicable legal obligation, while taking account of the need to preserve work and decision records.

Disabling an account does not automatically delete company data or documents. Send removal requests through the company manager or support channel.

08

Changes and contact

These terms may change as the system develops. We publish the revised version here and update the revision date. Continued use after a change takes effect indicates acceptance unless a separate agreement or applicable obligation requires another process.

For questions, email email@bunyan.net.ly. If your company has a written agreement with the operator, review it where it addresses a specific conflict.
